Today for the Summer Learning Journey I did Sing out sound – Step it up! It was really fun singing the song and dong the actions. The song that I sang was Paradise – Waimarie Smith. I only did a little bit of the song because, I could choose if i could do the whole song or just a bit. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you very much Janine for making this singing task.

I love this task because I think that learning sign language is so important and a great skill to have. I have made it my new years resolution to learn as much as I can in 2023!
Did you enjoy getting to learn a bit of NZ sign language for this song? You have done a great job at learning the actions and it looks like your practiced them well to ensure it ran smoothly in your video, ka pai!
Do you think that you will seek to learn some more NZ sign language too? Learning through music is a great way to help us with memory, I wonder what other songs would work well for this task?
