Today for the SLJ I did Character Creation – Step it up! There were 5 stories from around the world and, we had to find which country it was from on google earth. I also did a little presentation just incase you bloggers didn’t really hear what I said. Thank you very much Naomi Toland for making this exploring task.

Wow your video and mymaps are fantastic! You have used a nice clear voice in your video and it is cool to see the map move to the location of the stories.
I really enjoyed reading your description of the task in this blog post.
I also really appreciate you adding the information about each of the stories in a slide deck. It is fine if you use work from other creators to supplement your own work in your blog posts, however, the work of other creators should always be referenced. That means you need to add where you found it by copying the url of the website and adding the name of the original author for each of the story summaries. Watch a short video with advice on is how to do this for an image here.
