 Kia ora, and greetings to you all. Today I will be introducing to you what Future Aspiration is and how many people came. 

What is future aspiration?  Future aspiration is when 3 – 7 people (or more) come and introduce themselves to you and tell you about their journey and career. 

How many people came? There were 6 people that came. Tyrone Tangata-Makiri, Haare Kutia, David Clarke, Tanielu Tele’a, Tia Peleti and Shaniah McCarry. 
Information Reason 1 : 

Tyrone Tangata-Makiri is a good, strong man. He worked as an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is a person who sets up a business and helps them with money. Tyrone Tangata-Makiri gave out a really good advice: Be an alien rather than a sheep. This means a sheep always follows other sheeps and aliens keep with their own sleeves and doesn’t copy others. 
Reason 2 :

Heare Kutia is a social worker. A social worker provides help and support to people with social issues such as housing, employment, financial or other personal issues. Heare Kutia talked about how she didn’t like reading & writing. 
Reason 3 : Tanielu Tele’a is Mrs Tele’as son. Tanielu Tele’a was a rugby player playing for the blues. When he was little he also used to play touch. A little quote that he gave out was, never give up! Tanielu Tele’a got injured on his knees. He just had his surgery.

 Tyrone Tangata-Makiri, Heare Kutia and Tanielu Tele’a are very strong people. They will never ever give up on their dreams. They will work hard to follow their dreams and someday they will be successful. Future Aspiration Recount

Today in the morning Team 5 had a quick morning assembly. Then at 9:00 O’clock we had to head to the hall for our Future Aspiration. A Future Aspiration is where there are 5 – 7 people or more that come and talk to you about their life and career and what they do for a living. When we headed to the hall we sat down on the chairs listening to Mrs Tele’a. Tyrone Tangata-Makiri came over and gave a speech about himself and his Whanau. We splitted up to 2 groups. One group of year 7’s and the other of year 8’s. We had 6 People that came over. Tyrone Tangata-Makiri, Haare Kutia, David Clarke, Tanielu Tele’a, Tia Peleti and Shaniah McCarry. All the year 7’s went to Team 5 and had Haare Kutia, Tanielu Tele’a and Tangata-Makiri. All the year 8’s stayed at the hall with David Clarke, Tia Peleti and Shaniah McCarry. They all had to introduce them selves and tell us about their career’s. At the end we got to ask them questions. We all headed back to the hall and Angelica said a thank you for them for coming over. We sang a waiata, then Kiarah said a closing prayer. Tyrone Tangata-Makiri Gave a advise that i really liked: Be an alien than a sheep. The END!!
