Today for the SLJ I did Amazing Kuaka – Kick Start. It was really fun learning new facts about Kuaka. Kuaka is such a cool animal. They fly really far a don’t even take a BREAK! I’m very impressed. Thank you very much Maria Krasse for this beautiful task.

today for the SLJ I did Food-Art Wordplay – Step It Up! It was really fun making some puns about veggies. I chose to grab a carrot and a tomato. The carrot said ” What’s a carrot’s favourite movie?” The tomato replied ” The carrot-tie kid”. Thank you very much Naomi Rosedale for making this task.

Today for the SLJ i did Poetry Slam Rima – Awesome Alliterations – Kick Start. It was really fun making little poems and also finding some words. I only got to do it from A – T. Today for the Summer Learning Journey I did Character Creation – Kick Start. It was really fun retelling the story and what happened. This is a retell about a Chinese new year monster, how it comes to a small village called Peach Blossom. They is a Grandma, an Old man, Yen and Jun. Yen is the girl wearing the pink and Jun is the boy wearing the blue. Yen and Jun’s Grandma told them a story about the new year monster. The whole village had to move to the mountains.
